On the 28th September it was announced HTS tentiQ won the prestigious IAA 2017 International ‘Award of Excellence’ for the Tent Manufacturing and Design category.
This year, IFAI received a total of 235 entries from 11 countries and winners were selected based on project complexity, design, workmanship, uniqueness and function. Judges included industry experts, editors, architects, educators and design professionals.
The project submitted was for industry leader, Link-Belt Cranes, who required a high-end Tradeshow structure with the ability to easily install a second level or internal loft space should this be needed for future exhibitions or events. The structure showcased their Global brand for the Construction convention based in Las Vegas.
Creating the ‘wow’ factor for visitors a bold clean looking structure was designed and manufactured complimenting the crane equipment with a mix of glass and solid walling minimising the Nevada heat.
It was manufactured and installed within 8 weeks using unique keystone uprights so that the structure achieved a 4.00m eave height.
Conexpo is held every 3 years and is the main Global tradeshow for purchasing Construction assets for major infrastructure projects which attracts over 2,800 exhibitors.
